You’ll meet 1-on-1 with a trainer to talk about your goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations. We’ll also do an InBody scan to assess your muscle mass, body fat, and more — so we can build a plan tailored specifically to you.

When can i expect to see results?

With consistent effort and the right plan, most clients see noticeable strength, energy, and body composition improvements in as little as 3–6 weeks.

Can I train if I have an injury or past limitations?
